Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

Delivery Times

• Delivery estimates begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during peak periods (e.g., Christmas).

International Shipping

• Currently, only shipping within the United Kingdom.

• International delivery may be added in the future — if you’d like to see this, please get in touch.

Order Tracking

• Free Standard Delivery does not include tracking.

• If you would like peace of mind with tracking updates, please select one of the Tracked Delivery options at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Orders
